Libya's leader starts state visit to Algeria

Chairman of Libya's Transitional Council Mustafa Abduljalil started here today a state visit to Algeria at an invitation of President Abdulaziz Boutaflika.
During the visit, the two leaders are scheduled to hold talks on bilateral relations between the two countries, regional security and political issues of concern as well as Arab and international issues of mutual interest.
