About 3,000 people residing in three villages in Banyumas district were nearly cut off following a landslide that hit the area on Sunday, a source said. "The mud from the landslide covers the right and left side of the road that connects three villages in the area, namely Pondoklaka, Buaran and Semaya. The landslide leaves only a two-meter wide space for vehicles to get through. The hills in the area are unstable and have been repaired several times," ANTARA quoted a resident from Baseh village as saying on Monday.
