Turkish Foreign Minister Makes Telephone Call to Kofi Annan

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu made a telephone call today to Kofi Annan, U.N.-Arab League Joint Envoy for Syria.
During the telephone conversation, they discussed the situation on the Turkish-Syrian borders. Davutoglu told Annan that the number of Syrian refugees in Turkey reached 24,552.
