Emir of Qatar receives telephone call from joint special envoy of the UN and AL to Syria

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, received a telephone call today from Kofi Anan, the joint special envoy of the United Nations and Arab League to Syria.
