The General Assembly and the three Standing Committees of the International Parliamentary Union (IPU) as well as the departments affiliated to its ruling council resumed meeting within the IPU's 126th round, currently hosted by the Ugandan parliament in the East African country's capital of Kampala. Saudi Arabia's delegation, led by its Shoura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-sheikh, made an effective participation today with Saleh Al-Hussaini, member of Majli Al-Shura, chairing the IPU's Sustainable Development, Finance and Trade Standing Committee, Dr. Saleh Al-Namlah serving as member of the Internatioanl Peace and Security Standing Committee and Dr. Mohsen Al-Hazmi as member of the Democracy and Human Rights Standing Committee.
