Eleven people survived a plane crash Monday in central Russia, the Itar-Tass news agency reported, citing an official of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Thirty-two people died the ATR-72 crash near Tyumen, according to the ministry's press service for the Tyumen region. The plane had 43 people on board, 39 passengers and four crew, Itar-Tass said.
