A helicopter carrying 15 people crashed in Russia on Thursday, the Emergencies Ministry said. The helicopter was found in Siberia's Tyumen region on the border with Kazakhstan, but the fate of the crew and passengers was not yet clear. "Communication was lost soon after the helicopter took off," an Emergency Ministries spokesman said.
