The Pakistani army says its chief will hold his first meeting with senior U.S. generals to discuss American airstrikes that accidentally killed 24 Pakistani soldiers last year. Gen. Ashfaq Pervez Kayani will meet Wednesday with the top U.S. commander in the region, Gen. James Mattis, and the top commander in Afghanistan, Gen. John Allen. The army says it's Kayani's first high-level meeting with the Americans since the Pakistani soldiers were killed in late November at two posts along the Afghan border, according to a report of the Associated Press.
