European Union Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton has stressed strong relations between the European Union and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). She said before the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the European Parliament that relations between the two sides are excellent, and there is a good dialogue with GCC Secretary General, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al- Zayani.
