Vice-President of the Republic of Philippines Jejomar C. Binay has commended World Scout Project of "Messengers of Peace" being patronized by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on transforming 20 out of 30 million scouts in the world to messengers of peace. During recent meetings held by World Scout Committee in Switzerland, Binay in his capacity as Chairman of Scout Asian-Pacific Committee has pointed out that the objectives of the project have been in consistent with the principles of Scout Movement to train scouts on the culture of dialogue that will strengthen peace at all levels all over the world. He invited Vice President of Saudi Arabian Boy Scouts and Member of World Scout Committee, Dr. Abdullah Al-Fahd, to visit the Republic of the Philippines to explain the project to scout officials there.
