High-level delegations of the The Sudan and its newly-born southern neighbor South Sudan Republic resumed negotiations in the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa today on the lagging issues between the two countries. Bagan Amom, senior negotiator of South Sudan told reporters at the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa that no positive progress took place since the previous fruitless negotiation session held in January.
