Agricultural Company With A Capital of SR 350 Million Transformed

The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has approved the transformation of Riyadh-based Arab Company for Agricultural Services with a capital of SR 350 million from a limited liability firm into a closed joint stock company.
A statement issued by the Ministry said that the approval of the transformation of this Company comes within the framework the State's policy to enhance various sectors of the Saudi economy.
