The damaged cruise ship Costa Allegra arrived off the Seychelles main island of Mahe early Thursday, according to dpa. A dpa correspondent saw the ship from the harbour on Mahe at about 0530 GMT. The ship, which has round 1,000 people on board, was due to enter the harbour around one hour later. Docking would take around two hours, a spokeswoman for the Seychelles tourism board said. Toilets and air-conditioning on board the Costa Allegra have not been working since the ship lost power following a fire which broke out on Monday. It was being towed by two French tugs and a trawler.
