Kuwaiti Emir Receives A Message from Iraqi President

Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, received a message from Iraqi President Jalal Talabani inviting him to attend the Arab summit to be held in the capital Baghdad during the month of March.
The message was delivered by Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari during a meeting with the Emir of Kuwait here today.
