Sultan Qaboos Receives Written Message from Iraqi President

Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed of Oman received here today a written message from the Iraqi President Jalal Talbani which included an invitation to attend the 23rd Arab summit, due to be held in Baghdad this month.
The message was handed over by Hoshyar Zebari, Foreign Minister and envoy of the Iraqi President, Fahd bin Mahmood Al Saeed, the Omani Deputy Premier for Cabinet Affairs.
