THE SULTANATE OF OMAN'S DEPUTY PREMIER FOR CABINET AFFAIRS FAHD BIN MAHMOUD AL SAEED WILL STAND IN FOR SULTAN QABOOS BIN SAEED AS HEAD OF OMAN'S DELEGATION TO THE 19TH ARAB SUMMIT, DUE TO BE HELD IN RIYADH ON MARCH 28-29.
AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT ISSUED HERE TODAY SAID SULTAN QABOOS DEPUTIZED AL SAEED TO ATTEND THE SUMMIT ON HIS BEHALF.
AL SAEED WILL LEAVE MUSCAT FOR RIYADH TOMORROW, THE REPORT SAID .
