Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Eng. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi announced here today that the project of Northern Promise city for mineral industries was an interest to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud since its inception. Eng. Al-Naimi referred, in this regard, to a royal address during a meeting of the Cabinet on 28/03/1433 in which he said that Allah has blessed this land with a lot of bounties which should be exploited to realize noble living hood for the citizens and to secure prosperity and development for the motherland. The project, situated in the northern area of the Kingdom is an integrated one, since the area is rich of phosphate, other minerals and gas in addition to having an already existing railways and the required manpower, Al-Naimi pointed. -- SPA
