Minister of Water and Electricity Inaugurates Forum For Value Engineering

The Minister of Water and Electricity, Eng Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Hossein inaugurated the 2nd Forum For Value Engineering entitled "Value Engineering Between Training and Application", organized by the Ministry of Water and Electricity here today.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Eng. Al-Hossein pointed out that the concept of value engineering has been adopted by many public and private agencies and achieved positive results in reducing overall costs and improving performance.
