Presided over by its Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, Majlis Al-Shura held here today its 7th ordinary session. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the meeting, Secretary General of Majlis Al-Shura Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi said that Majlis Al-Shura discussed a number of issues on its agenda. Majlis Al-Shura agreed to prepare a record of judicial decisions and discussed the report of Committee of Administration and Human Resources regarding the suggestion to amend the regulations of preparing the annual reports of ministers and institutions which were issued by the Royal decree No. 7/B/26345 in 2001 and the suggestion to amend some rules in these regulations in accordance with Article 23 of Majlis Al-Shura Law which was presented by some members of Majlis Al-Shura. Then, Majlis Al-Shura listened to a report of Committee of Financial Affairs regarding the suggested amendments to the founding convention for the International Monetary Fund. Majlis Al-Shura listened to a viewpoint of Committee of Islamic and Judicial Affairs regarding the annual report of the Ministry of Justice for the fiscal year 1430/1431H.
