German President Christian Wulff on Monday arrived in Rome for the start of a three-day visit to Italy during which he is scheduled to meet Italian political leaders. The German president was slated to hold separate meetings with his Italian counterpart Giorgio Napolitano and Prime Minister Mario Monti later in the day. On Tuesday, Wulff plans to travel to Milan for meetings with local officials and also deliver a lecture at the northern city's Luigi Bocconi University. He is scheduled to visit the southern city of Bari on Wednesday before heading back to Berlin, according to a report of DPA.
