A 26-year-old man died after collapsing Sunday near the finishing line of a Hong Kong marathon, organizers said according to dpa. The runner, who has not been named, was metres from the finish line of the half-marathon race when he collapsed. He was taken to hospital where he was certified dead. Two other runners were in critical condition in hospital after collapsing during the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon races which comprised 10 kilometres, half-marathon and full marathon events, police said.
