On behalf of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa opened the events of "Manama, Capital of Arab Culture 2012." here yesterday night.
Dr. Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, Minister of Social Affairs and the Acting Minister of Culture and Information led the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to this cultural event.
