The item with the additional paragraphs follows: 0018 GCC-Turkish Ministerial Meeting On Strategic Dialogue Issues Joint Communiqué 2 Riyadh The Ministers welcomed the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in promoting dialogue between followers of different religions, embodied in the initiative launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in Makkah in June 2008, and in Madrid, July 2008, and finally in the 63rd Session of the Assembly of the United Nations and all relevant resolutions entitled "Culture of Peace." The Ministers also welcomed the establishment of King Abdullah Global Center for Dialogue Between Followers of Religions and Cultures in Vienna. The Ministers strongly condemned terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, regardless of its motives, calling for strengthening international cooperation to combat terrorism. The Ministers commended the establishment of United Nations Centre for Counter-Terrorism at the United Nations, welcoming the decision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to fund the Center for three years, and expressing the hope that this center will contribute to the promotion of international peace and security. In this context, the Ministers expressed their deep concern about the assassination plot against the Saudi Ambassador the United States of America, appealing to all concerned parties for cooperation in all transparency in this regard. The Ministers welcomed the decision of the General Assembly of the United Nations, on November 12, 2012, and they condemned all acts of violence against diplomatic and consular missions and their staff, according to the Charter of Vienna Diplomatic Relations. --MORE
