Egypt's Foreign Minister Mohammed Amro met here today with visiting Colombian counterpart Maria Engela Holgoen. In a statement following the meeting, Counselor Amro Rushdi, Spokesman of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, said that during the meeting the Egyptian official presented his country's vision towards the situations in the Arab region, particularly in Syria and Libya, Egypt's efforts to encourage dialogue between Sudan and South Sudan to overcome the remaining issues of difference between them, the derailing situation of the peace process between Palestinians and Israelis in addition to enhancing cooperation and coordiantion between Egypt and Colombia within their membership in the nonaligned movement.
