U.S. stocks opened little changed on Monday after equities posted their best week in a month as the euro zone debt crisis and the U.S. economy showed signs of stabilizing, according to Reuters. The Dow Jones industrial average slipped 4.47 points, or 0.04 percent, at 12,716.01. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index shed 0.14 points, or 0.01 percent, at 1,315.24. The Nasdaq Composite Index fell 0.63 points, or 0.02 percent, at 2,786.07.
