The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu received here today the Special Representative of Finland's Foreign Minister, Pasi Patokallio. During the meeting, Patokallio highlighted the importance of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation at international arenas, expressing his country's interest to further strengthen its relationship with the Organization in all areas of common interest. On his part, Prof. Ihsanoglu welcomed Finland's interest in the Organization's activities, stressing the necessity to enhance bilateral relations between the two sides in various fields.
