Nadia Lochard of Haiti's Civil Protection Office said Tuesday the incident happened on the thoroughfare of Route Delmas when the driver lost control, struck a small bus and ran onto the sidewalk. Sixty seven other people were injured and were taken to hospitals in the area for treatment.
