Director General of Civil Defense Marshal Saad bin Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri received here today the Deputy Secretary General of the International Association for the Protection of Civilian Arms Rights Vladimir Concanov, and a number of international officials. During the meeting, they discussed the means of take-benefit from Russian experience on deal with emergencies and disasters, and the ways of cooperation between the two countries.
