Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received at his office in Riyadh today visiting Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Republic of Malta Tonio Borg. During the meeting, issues of mutual interest were reviewed. The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Foreign Minister; Dr.Khalid Al-Jandan, Undersecretary for Bilateral Relations; Dr. Yousef bin Trad Al-Saadoon, Undersecretary for Economic and Cultural Affairs; Maltian Ambassador to the Kingdom Frank Jalia and the official accompanying delegation of the Maltain Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister. Borg arrived in Riyadh earlier today where he was received at King Khalid International airport by Alaa al-Deen Al-Askari, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Protocol Affairs. Later, Prince Saud Al-Faisal received at his office the U.S. State Department Undersecretary for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman. During the meeting, issues of mutual interest were reviewed. The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Foreign Minister; Dr.Khalid Al-Jandan, Undersecretary for Bilateral Relations; U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom James Smith and the official accompanying delegation of the U.S. senior U.S. State Department official.
