Jeddah-based Indian Consul General Faidh Ahmed Qadwaei said the Kingdom is the biggest market in the Middle East for his country, and that it achieved success in the domain of promoting investment and easing of various businesses performance, a fact that it ranked among the top countries, in this regard. During a meeting here today with the Deputy Chairman of Jeddah Chambers of Commerce and Industry Mazen Mohammed Batarji, the Consul pointed out that there are 500 Indian projects in the Kingdom, while the volume of trade between the two countries stood at SR 80 billion, according to the latest statistics released. The Consul expressed hope that the new era of economic partnership would, furthermore, raise the bilateral volume of trade to a much more greater value. -- SPA
