Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received here today Abdulbasit Abdulqadir Al-Badri, envoy of the Chairman of Libyan Transitional Council (LTC). During the meeting, the Libian envoy conveyed a message to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud from Mustafa Abdul Jalil, LTC Chairman. Prince Saud Al-Faisal has congratulated the Libyan envoy on forming a new government and they agreed on resuming bilateral relations, reopening the Saudi Embassy in Tripoli and exchanging ambassadors. On the occasion, the Minister of Foreign Affairs also asserted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will stand by Libya, wishing the Libyan government and people security, stability and prosperity.
