Turkey: 2 suspected Kurdkish militants killed in raid

Turkish media said two suspected Kurdish militants were killed in a police raid in southeast Turkey amid heightened tensions over a military raid that killed 35 civilians, as AP reported.
The state-run Anadolu Agency said the militants on Saturday ignored calls to surrender and threw hand grenades at police surrounding their hideout in the mainly Kurdish city of Diyarbakir. The agency said a firefight ensued, and the suspects died after jumping out of the building.
