Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, Rector of Ummal Qura University, has lauded a decision taken by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is also Prime Minister and Head of Higher Education Council, to change the name of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Center for Hajj Research, an affiliate of Ummal Qura University, to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Center for Hajj and Umrah Research. In addition, the Higher Education Council has taken a decision to establish the Special Education Department at the Ummal Qura University.
