Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah reviewed at the US National children Hospital in Washington the experience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Siamese twins and efforts exerted to reach the medical advances that have been achieved thanks to the support by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his initiative to treat these twins. This came during a lecture delivered by the minister at the hospital recently in the United States of America in the presence of 300 trainee-doctors and staff of the Hospital. The lecture included a presentation on 29 successful surgeries for separating twins and a photo display including pictures of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques with the patients. The minister also participated in the Saudi-US Symposium which was held recently in Atlanta with the attendance of more than 1000 delegates. He also presented a working paper on the history and present situation of health care in the Kingdom.
