Cleanup operations underway as freighter leaks oil off French coast

Work was underway Saturday to pump oil from a leaking ship that ran aground off the French coast during a storm, dpa reported.
The TK Bremen was carrying 190 tons of fuel and 40 tons of diesel
when it ran aground on a nudist beach in southern Brittany on Friday.
One tank was leaking, resulting in a film of oil stretching one
kilometre long and five metres wide.
