Saudi Finance Minister Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf met here today at his office with the President of Saudi-French Parliamentary Friendship Group of the French National Assembly Jean-Claude Gabal. During the meeting, they discussed means of cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the field of economic and investment. Dr. Al-Assaf stressed that the situation in the European Union Countries may affect the global economy in general, pointing out to the role of the investment program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support the growth that serves the citizens of the Kingdom and promote growth in the global economy. The meeting was attended by Undersecretary for Economic Affairs Dr. Sulaiman al-Turki, and French Deputy Ambassador to the Kingdom Manual Bel.
