Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, accompanied by Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defence, visited here today the General Directorate of Medical Services of the Armed Forces. Upon arrival at the venue, they were received by Chief of General Staff, General Hussein Al-Qabil; Director General of the Office of the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Abdulrahman Al-Bunyan; and Director General of General Directorate of Medical Services of the Armed Forces, Major General Dr. Kattab bin Eid Al-Otaibi. The Military Medical Complex is located on an area of 9000 square kilometers with a capacity of 3,500 beds in addition to 7,500 housing units. In a Visitors Register, Prince Salman wrote that he will work for the development of the Directorate to fulfill its mission and duties, wishing all further development and progress in the provision of medical services and health care for personnel of the Armed Forces and citizens.
