Pakistani Police said they have foiled a major bombing attack during the seizure of a bomb weighing 30 Kilograms planted inside a car in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province, south-western Pakistan. Ahsaan Mehboob, a Police official in Quetta said today that security forces had received information about the existence of a terrorist plot to launch a bombing operation in the city where security forces managed to find a suspicious car on Sohriab road in the city, pointing out that the (Police) Task Force removed explosives found in the bomb that was kept in the car and was able to neutralize it. He added that the police opened an investigation to nab those (the perpetrators) who are behind this terrorist plot.
