A roadside bomb in Afghanistan has killed at least three security guards, dpa quoted a senior police official as saying Saturday. The incident took place on Friday evening in the south-central province of Logar, where a bomb placed on the highway struck a private security company's vehicle, Ghulam Sakhi, the provincial police chief said. "Three guards were killed and another one injured as a result of the explosion," he said. Afghan private security companies secure NATO-led forces logistics and convoys in troubled south and east highways.
