Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir met here last night with the President of Libyan National Transitional Council, Mustafa Abdul Jalil, currently on a visit to the Sudan. During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries, ways of enhancing cooperation in various fields, as well as other issues of common concern. In a press statement, Al-Bashir said "We agreed to establish a real integration between the Sudan and Libya, starting from linking the two countries through asphalted roadways and communications, in addition to integration in the economic field and taking advantage of Libyan financial potentialities, and the capabilities of the Sudan for the interest of the two brotherly peoples.
