Kuwaiti Emir Receives Message of President of the Libyan National Transitional Council

AlHijjah 4, 1432, Oct 31, 2011, SPA - Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received today a message from the President of the Libyan Transitional Council, Mustafa Abdul-Jalil, dealing with the bilateral relations between the two countries, means of enhancing cooperation in all fields and matters of common interest.
The message was handed over to the Emir by Ashraf Ali Ghufair, an Envoy of the Libyan National Transitional Council during a meeting here this morning.
