France Hails King Hamad's Keynote Address

AlHijjah 29, 1432, Nov 25, 2011, SPA -- The French Foreign Ministry today welcomed a keynote speech of King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain on receiving the final report of the Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry (BICI), lauding royal pledge to implement its recommendations, as Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
It also welcomed the BICI Report which probes February and March events in Bahrain.
The Foreign Ministry's spokesman hailed King Hamad's strong determination regarding reforms, urging all authorities and parties to implement the recommendations cited in the report and reach a consensus on reforms to avert any flare-up of violence in Bahrain.
