AlHijjah 25, 1432, Nov 21, 2011, SPA -- The closing ceremony of the Saudi-German Youths Forum was held at the Saudi Embassy headquarters and in the presence of ambassador Dr. Osama bin Abdulmajeed Shobokshi, a number of officials of the German Foreign Ministry and embassy staff members. Addressing the gathering, Prince Mohammed bin Saud bin Khalid, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Information and Technology Affairs, who is also the Supervisor General of the delegation, lauded the rich German culture, noting the need of all parties to get introduced to each other. He spoke about the world civilizational history which is shared by the entire humanity, depicting the current era as the era of science and knowledge. On his part, Dr. Shobokshi welcomed the attendees who celebrate the end of event. He said the forum proved the identity of ideas and thoughts between the two cultures of Saudi Arabia and Germany, noting the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for dialogue among cultures and civilizations in support of peace among peoples for the good of humanity.
