AlHijjah 20, 1432, Nov 16, 2011, SPA -- Faisal bin Mohsen bin Faisal Al-Shaibani, a Saudi national, was beheaded in Riyadh Region today after being convicted of receiving and possessing a large quantity of hashish and illegal narcotic pills, said a statement released by the Ministry of Interior. The culprit was convicted by the court and the verdict was approved by the supreme judicial council. The statement confirmed the determination of the Saudi government to counter all kinds of narcotics and severely punish the criminals.
