AlHijjah 15, 1432, Nov 11, 2011, SPA -- King Abdullah II of Jordan on Thursday evening met with British Foreign Secretary William Hague and discussed developments in the region and means to enhance bilateral ties. The King and Hague also discussed political changes in the Arab World and their impacts on the future of the region. They also discussed means to achieve peace in the Middle East based on the two-state solution, which is the sole way to end the Palestinian- Israeli conflict, as well as the British role in supporting peace efforts to establish an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 border with East Jerusalem as its capital, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.
