AlHijjah 9, 1432, Nov 5, 2011, SPA -- Embattled Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou is preparing to start talks to try to form a four-month coalition government, aimed at securing continued rescue funds for the near-bankrupt eurozone country, according to AP. Papandreou is due to meet President Karolos Papoulias at noon (1000GMT) Saturday, hours after winning a confidence vote in the Socialist-led parliament on a pledge that he was willing to step aside and form a cross-party caretaker government. But it remains unclear whether the main opposition conservatives and other parties will take part in the talks and abandon their demand for a snap general election.
