AlHijjah 2, 1432, Oct 29, 2011, SPA -- Government departments working at Altowal border crossing in Jazan region are continuing to provide services to the pilgrims coming through the sisterly Republic of Yemen to facilitate their passage to the Holy Lands. The Centre for health monitoring at the crossing point is currently implementing its functions through the provision of its seasonal services for pilgrims through the personnel working at the center. The center also offers extensive health education about communicable diseases. The Passports Department at the crossing point receives pilgrims and record their data through advanced systems and then check them in to perform the Hajj with ease. The pilgrims find their comfort in the prepared pilgrims' rest places with efforts by Islamic Affairs and municipal bodies as well as scout teams who are spread out to provide snacks and beverages as well as the distribution of leaflets and pamphlets about Hajj.
