AlQa'dah 29, 1432, Oct 27, 2011, SPA -- Dr. Abdulaziz Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information and Chairman of the Gulf Radio and Television Authority said that establishing the Gulf Radio and TV Apparatus Award on Researches and Studies was an important decision taken by the Board of the Gulf Radio and Television, in order to realize the goals of this body and improve the media system of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
These remarks came in a preface written by Dr. Khoja for the guide book of this year's Award.
