AlQa'dah 26, 1432, Oct 24, 2011, SPA-- Forecasters say Tropical Storm Rina has formed in the Caribbean Sea off the coasts of Honduras and Nicaragua and could become a hurricane by Tuesday, as AP reported. The U.S. National Hurricane Center reports Monday that the storm's center is located about 190 miles (305 kilometers) southwest of Grand Cayman. It has maximum sustained winds of 45 mph (72 kph) and is moving northwest near 6 mph (9 kph).
