AlQa'dah 21, 1432, Oct 19, 2011, SPA - The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance, represented by the General Secretariat of the Holy Quran Competition, announced today that 153 contestants will take part in the 33rd session of King Abdulaziz International Competition for the Holy Quran Memorization, Intonation and Interpretation to be organized by the Ministry in Makkah on December 18-25, 2011. The Secretary General of the Competition, Dr. Mansour bin Mohammed Al-Samih, pointed out that the contestants represent 52 countries, stressing that the Competition highlights the attention paid by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Holy Quran.
